无张力疝修补术在成人腹股沟复发疝中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨无张力疝修补术在成人腹股沟复发疝中的临床应用价值。方法采用人工合成材料行成人腹股沟复发疝无张力疝修补术56例,59侧。结果手术全部成功,随访时间4~89个月,无严重术后并发症,有2例复发,总体效果良好。结论无张力疝修补术安全、操作简单,创伤小,并发症少,术后恢复快,复发率低,是治疗成人复发性腹股沟疝患者的理想术式。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the value of tension-free hernia repair to recurrent inguinal henia in adult patients. Methods 56 adult eases with recurrent inguinal henia in adult patients were treated with shaped polyprople- ne tension-free hernioplasty. 1 case is double recurrent inguinal hernia. Results All cases were operated successfully. In the follow-up period ranged from 4 to 89 months. The therapy is effective and no serious postopration complications were found. 2 recurrent cases recurred. Conclusions Tension-free hernia repair has many advantages,such as safety, easy manipulation, minimal invasion, rapid recovery and lower recurrence. It is a safe and ideal surgical operation for the recurrent inguinal henia in adult patients.
