军医大学任职教育师资教学能力和素质培养探讨

摘    要:教员是影响教学效果的关键要素之一,军医大学的转型对师资队伍的教学能力与素质提出了新的要求,通过分析任职教育对教师教学能力的要求,提出了制度规范、选拔、培训、考核等方面的师资培养措施,并进一步探讨了制约任职教育师资发展的相关问题。

Abstract:Teacher is one of the most important factors that affect teaching. The functional transformation of military university education from academic education into professional education poses a new challenge to teachers. To strengthen teachers' teaching capability and quality, training measures should be put in practice. This paper proposes several methods in teacher training regarding system standardization, selection, training and assessement, and further explores problems that restrain the development of teachers for professional education.
