上海市宝山区混苯作业工人职业健康检查分析

目的为了解上海市宝山区混苯（指苯、甲苯和二甲苯）作业工人的健康状况及其对工人的健康影响特点，为制订健康监护策略提供技术依据。方法对宝山区所有混苯作业工人的职业性体检资料进行分析。结果101家混苯作业厂家1337名体检作业工人，其中有330人检查指标有异常，异常检出率为24．68％。不同工龄组的混苯作业工人的白细胞计数、血压、脂肪肝患病率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），其中高血压、脂肪肝患病率有随工龄增高的趋势。结论混苯对作业工人的健康有一定影响，接触混苯时间越长，对作业工人的健康损害越严重。

Occupational Physical Examination for the Benzene - Exposed Workers in Baoshan District of Shanghai

Objective]To study the health status of benzene mixture-exposed workers(Benzene,Toluene and Xylene) and provide technical basis for establishing health care supervision.Methods]Analysis was made on the data collected from the occupational physical examination of the benzene-exposed workers in Baoshan District.Results] Among the 1 337 examined workers from 101 benzene mixture factories,330 workers were found with abnormal examination index,the detection rate was 24.68%.Significant difference was found between different exposure age groups in the white blood cell counting,blood pressure and fatty liver((P<0.01),) among which the morbidity of hypertension and fatty liver increased with the exposure age.Conclusion] Benzene mixture has an effect on workers' health,the longer the exposure is,the more seriously it damages the workers' health.
