| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）、生长因子受体（HER-2）、P-糖蛋白（P—gp）和谷胱甘肽-S转移酶（GST-π）在乳腺癌中的表达与临床意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学技术，检测85例乳腺癌患者中ER、PR、HER-2和P—gp、GST-π多药耐药的表达。结果85例乳腺癌患者中ER阳性率为52％，PR阳性率为51％，HER-2阴性率为54％，P-gp检测为（-）～（＋）占85％，GST-π检测为（-）～（＋）占69％，与乳腺癌临床化疗有相关性。结论 ER、PR、HER．2、P—gp联合表达与乳腺癌化疗密切相关，检测ER、PR、HER-2、P-gp和GST-π对乳腺癌化疗方案的制定具有重要的意义。
