摘    要:[目的]分析红河州基层卫生机构在管重性精神疾病患者有关信息,评估患者管理工作,为综合防治提供依据。[方法]按照《重性精神疾病管理治疗工作规范(2012版)》,将确诊的重性精神疾病患者相关信息及随访信息录入国家重性精神疾病数据收集分析系统,并对录入数据进行分析。[结果]红河州录入系统管理的重性精神疾病患者9812例,患者检出率为2.18‰,人群特征以农民、青壮年、低文化程度、贫困人口为主,精神分裂症占82.74%,5年以上病程占86.24%,获得治疗的占47.92%,病情不稳定占9.55%,年内人均随访2.36人次,仅有10.12%进行了实验室检查。[结论]红河州重性精神疾病患者属于社会弱势群体,管理服务工作与国家要求有一定差距,急需加强县乡两级基层卫生机构人员培训,提高服务能力,确保服务数量和质量。

Abstract:Objective Analyze the information of serious mental patients, evaluate patients' management workin basic health service institutions in Honghe prefecture so as to provide the basis for comprehensive preventionand control. Methods Entry and analyze the data information of serious mental patients whom are definedaccording to the requirements of "Work Specification of serious mental patients treatment and management(version 2012)". Results There were 9812 patients who were entry in system management in Honghe, and therelevance ratio was 2.18‰. Most of them were farmers, young adults, low education and poor people. 82.74%was schizophrenia, 47.92% of them obtained treatment, and 9.55% of them were instability. The follow-upnumber per capita was only 2.36 in a year, and only 10.12% were examined in laboratory. Conclusions Theserious mental patients are socially vulnerable groups in Honghe prefecture. There is a certain gap betweenmanagement and service work and national requirements. The quantity does not reach the standard, quality islow. So we need to strengthen personnel training in county and township health care institutions, improveservice ability for insuring the service quantity and quality.
