| 摘 要： | 目的]对某三甲医院的医疗质量进行综合评价。方法]根据某三甲医院2009-2012年的医院统计报表数据,选择了相关的医疗质量指标,采用Topsis法对医疗质量进行综合评价。结果]4年中,医疗质量指标值最大的是2012年,医疗质量指标值最小的是2010年,基本呈越来越好的趋势。结论]医疗质量综合效益受多因素、多指标的影响,Topsis法对样本资料无特殊要求,使用灵活简单,适用性较强,在质量管理工作中有着较高的实用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective A comprehensive evaluation on medical quality of a hospital. Methods According to ahospital’s statistics data from 2009-2012, selected relevant medical quality index, comprehensive evaluated themedical quality by Topsis method. Results Among four years, the highest medical quality index was in 2012and the lowest was in 2010. The index shows a better trend. Conclusions The medical quality comprehensivebenefit is affected by multiple factors and indexes. Topsis method has not special requirements to samples, it issimple, flexible, wide applications, and with high practical value in quality management . |
