氟尿嘧啶白蛋白微球抗瘤作用

摘    要:目的观察氟尿嘧啶白蛋白微球(FUAM)对荷瘤小鼠的抗肿瘤作刚。方法S180瘤株荷瘤小鼠30只和肝腹水瘤荷瘤小鼠19只各随机分为FUAM组、5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)组和牛理盐水绀。连续给药10d后,s180瘤侏移植小鼠观察和记录小鼠死亡率;记录肝腹水瘤荷瘤小鼠腹水中瘤细胞数及白细胞数。结果第18天时,s180瘤株移植小鼠生理盐水组全部死亡,FuAM组存活67%;第26天时,5-Fu组只存活10%,FUAM组存活达62%。肝腹水瘤株移植小鼠注射FUAM后,活瘤细胞数明显减少,白细胞数无明最减少。结论FUAM町显著延长小鼠的存活期,同时具有明显抗荷瘤小鼠白细胞降低作用。

Anti-tumor effects of the fluorouracil albumin microsphere

Abstract:Objective To observe the anti-tumor effects of the fluorouracil albumin microsphere (FUAM) on tumor-bearing mice. Methods 30 S180 tumor-bearing mice and 19 hepatic ascites tumor-bearing mice were divided into 3 groups randomly: group FUAM, group 5-fluorouracil and group normal saline. After continuous administration of 10 d, the fatalities of each S180 tumor- bearing mice group were observed and recorded. And the number of white cells and live cancer cells were observed and calculated. Results On the 18th day, all Sis0 tumor-bearing mice in group normal saline died. 67% of the mice in group FUAM survived. On the 26th day, only 10% of mice in group 5-fluorouracil survived, while 62% of mice in group FUAM survived. After injection of FUAM, the number of living tumor cells signifcantly was reduced but there was no significant reduction in the number of white blood cells. Conclusion FUAM can significantly prolong the survival period of mice and also has significant effect on reducing the number of white blood cells of anti-tumor-bearing mice.
