无菌持物镊干罐保存使用的有效时限研究

目的 :探讨无菌持物镊干罐保存使用的有效时限。方法 :将灭菌后的持物镊直接干燥使用 ,干罐保存。对不同的区域环境 ,不同的使用频率及暴露时间 ,在不同的使用时间段分别采样监测以了解干持物镊在使用过程中细菌污染的情况。结果 :手术室连续使用 16h ,治疗室连续使用 12h ,各时间段监测均无细菌生长 ,故在此时间段内临床使用是安全的。结论 :无菌持物镊干燥使用 ,干罐保存是可行的

A Survey of Effective Time Limit on Use of Sterile Holding Forceps Preserved in Dry Tank

Objective: to probe into the utilization time limit of sterile holding forceps preserved in dry tank. Methods: sterile holding forceps was used dryly and preserved in a dry tank. To find out the contamination status of the dry holding forceps in the course of utilization, monitoring of the forceps had performed by sampling in different areas, different utilizing frequencies and under different exposure time, in different time periods.Results:it is safe that using the sterile holding forceps within the time periods such as in operating room used continuously for 16 h, and in treatment room for 12 h, because within this period of time, the monitoring showed that the holding forceps kept aseptic.Conclusion: it is applicable that sterile holding forceps be used dryly and be preserved in dry tank.
