子宫切除对卵巢功能影响的临床研究

目的探讨子宫肌瘤患者行全子宫切除与次全子宫切除术后卵巢近期功能变化。方法我院妇科病区2006年1～2月行子宫切除的子宫肌瘤患者54例，其中全子宫切除患者22例，次全子宫切除患者32例。比较各患者术前、术后1个月、术后6个月的性激素LH、FSH、E2值。结果全子宫切除组和次全子宫切除组患者各术前、术后性激素两组相比差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；术前和术后6个月LH、FSH、E2值差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；全子宫切除组和次全子宫切除组患者之间相比，术后1个月、术后6个月LH、FSH、E2值差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论子宫切除患者术后1个月卵巢功能有所减退，术后6个月恢复至术前水平；两种手术方式对卵巢功能近期改变差异无统计学意义。

The study of the influence on recent ovarian function by hysterectomy
