| 摘 要： | 介绍陆金根教授辨治婴幼儿肛瘘的临证经验。本病多因腹泻或肛周皮肤湿疹或尿布皮炎,损伤肛门皮肤黏膜屏障,外邪所侵,湿热流注,并与“胎毒”有关。陆教授强调把握正确治疗时机,采用手术治疗为主的中西医结合治疗,注重术后伤口的正确护理与换药,及患儿脾胃功能的调护。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces professor Lu Jingen's experience in treating infantile anal fistula.Infantile anofistula is usually due to damage of anal mucosa and skin caused by diarrhea,perianal eczema and diaper dermatitis,which may cause damp-heat disemboguing,and also related to fetal toxicosis.Professor Lu argues that taking right therapeutic time is important;and integrated Chinese & Western medicine characterized by surgical therapy is usually applied in the treatment.Meanwhile,the importance of dressing cha... |
