| 摘 要： | 动物实验发现河狸香水溶部分可降低正常小鼠脾细胞分泌抗体的功能。其作用与地塞米松组相当，与生理盐水组比Ｐ＜０．０１，可降低正常小鼠血清溶血素水平，其作用与地塞米松组相当，与生理盐水组比Ｐ＜０．０５。实验发现河狸香水溶部分能降低小鼠外周Ｔ淋巴细胞功能，使血酸性非特异性脂酶活性减弱，其作用与生理盐水组比Ｐ＜０．０１；另外河狸香水溶部分能明显抑制小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。这些均显示河狸香水溶部分有很强的免疫抑制作用。这与化学成分研究结果相一致［１］。

| Abstract: | Animal experiment shows that the water soluble fraction of Caster Fiber bladder can decrease the antibody secrete by cells of normal rat spleen, similar to DEX, P<0.01 compared with N.S. group; decrease the serum hemolgsin level of normal rat, similar to DEX, P<0.05 compared with N.S. group. The experiment finds that water soluble fraction can reduce the ability of peripheral T lymphocyte of rat and ANAE activity, P<0.01 compared with N.S. group. And it can depress distinctly phagocytosis of phagocyte in abdominal cavity of rat. All above shows that the water soluble fraction of Caster Fiber bladder has strong immune function and it isconsistent with the result of chemical composition study about Caster Fiber bladder. |
