三根中空双头螺纹加压钉经皮固定治疗股骨颈骨折

目的：总结三根中空双头螺纹加压钉经皮固定治疗股骨颈骨折的效果，并分析其特点。方法：自1993年～2000年，在“C”形臂X线机监视下，以Mc-Elvenny法行骨折复位，应用三枚中空双头螺纹加压钉经皮固定治疗股骨颈骨折42例。结果：股骨颈骨折愈合率达90％(38／42)。35例获得优良的功能，7例发展为股骨头坏死。无其他严重并发症。结论：中空双头螺纹加压钉经皮固定治疗股骨颈骨折疗效可靠，操作简单，有很高的骨折愈合率，创伤小、螺钉不易松动、退出，感染机会少。

Treatment of femoral neck fracture with percutaneous three hollow double head compression screws

Objective:To evaluate the characteristics and summarize the effect of treatment of femoral neck fracture with percutaneous three hollow double head compression screws.Methods:From 1993 to 2000,there were 42 cases of femoral neck fractures which were reducted with Mc-Elvenny method and fixated by percutaneous three hollow double head compression screws under monitoring of type C arm X-ray machine.Results:Healing rate of femoral neck fracture was as high as 90 %(38/42).5 cases acquired excellent function.Seven cases developed necrosis of femoral head.No other severe complications were observed.Conclusions:The treatment of femoral neck fracture with percutaneous three hollow double head compression screws is a reliable method which possesses simple procedure,high healing rate,less trauma,less screw-loosening or retroacting and less infection.
