| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺治疗中风后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选取60例患者随机分为针药组（针刺配合盐酸氟西汀）及药物组（单纯口服盐酸氟西汀）,治疗1个疗程后,观察两组患者治疗前后的HAMD量表评分。结果两组均取得了一定疗效,针药组总有效率为93.3%,药物组为83.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针刺治疗中风后抑郁症有显著疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture on post-stroke depression.Methods Sixty patients were randomly allocated to an acupuncture plus medicine（Prozac） group and a medication（oral administration of Prozac only） group.The HAMD scale score was counted in the two groups of patients before and after one course of treatment.Results Both groups obtain a certain therapeutic effect.The total efficacy rate was 93.3% in the acupuncture plus medicine group and 83.3% in the medication group;there was a statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture has a marked therapeutic effect on post-stroke depression. |
