| 摘 要： | 肺血管内皮功能损伤是急性肺损伤和急性呼吸窘迫综合征重要的病理表现之一.其特征为内皮通透性增加,引起肺间质水肿,患者临床症状为呼吸窘迫、低氧血症等.肺血管内皮通透功能损伤机制尚未完全阐明,目前认为主要是作用于内皮的致伤因子和保护因子的平衡失调.本文就肺血管内皮生理功能特征、通透性损伤机制及保护机制、临床治疗措施进行综述.

| Abstract: | The injury of lung vascular endothelial function is one of the important pathological manifestations of acute lung injury and acute respiratory distress syndrome. It is characterized by increased endothelial permeability, pulmonary interstitial edema. The clinical symptoms of patients are respiratory distress,hyoxemia. The mechanisms of injury of lung vascular endothelial permeability have not yet been fully clarified. It is thought to be mainly due to the imbalance of injury factors and protective factors at present. The article reviews characteristics of lung vascular endothelial physiological function,mechanisms of injury and protection of endothelial permeability and clinical treatment. |
