| 摘 要： | 目的观察银杏叶提取物（EGB）治疗帕金森病的疗效。方法帕金森病68例，分为EGB组36例和对照组32例，治疗组给予EGB 20ml／d静滴，连续2wk；2组均给予美多巴125—250mg，每日2～3次，每5—7d调整剂量。观察疗效，比较治疗前后临床症状的Webster评分。结果2wk后2组疗效有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。EGB组治疗前后Webster评分有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论EGB治疗帕金森病有良好疗效，能缓解症状，改善生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of extract of Ginkgo biloba （ EGB ） on Parkinoson＇ s disease patients. Methods There 68 patients with Parkinoson＇ s disease（PD） were divided into two proups,one is EGB group including 36 patients who were given 20ml EGB for two weeks, the control group including 32 patients. 2 groups were all given Madopar 125 - 250mg/time, 2 - 3 times per day, adjusting doses every 5 - 7 days. The scores of Webster before and after treatment was compared. Results There was a significant difference between EGB group and control group （P 〈 0.05）. There was significant difference between the scores of Webster before and after treatment in EGB group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion EGB is effective in treatment of Parkinoson＇ s disease. It can relieve clinical symptoms and improve the living quality of PD patients. |
