外科治疗老年人急性胆囊炎89例临床分析

目的总结老年人急性胆囊炎外科治疗经验.方法回顾性分析2000年3月至2004年3月89例老年人急性胆囊炎外科治疗临床资料.结果 89例患者中治愈85例(95.5%),死亡4例(4.5%).11例术后出现不同程度的并发症.结论早期明确诊断,选择恰当的手术时机和手术方式,加强围手术期的处理,是外科治疗老年人急性胆囊炎防治并发症、降低死亡率的关键.档

Clinical Analysis of 89 Aged Patients with Acute Cholecystitis Treated by Surgery

Objective To summarize the surgical treatment experience on the aged patients with acute cholecystitis. Methods The clinical data of 89 aged patients with acute cholecystitis treated by surgery from March 1998 to March 2002 were analysed retrospectively. Resluts 85 cases were cured, the curative rate was 95. 5%;4 cases died, the mortality was 4. 5%. 11 cases had postopective complications. Conclusion It is the key to prevent postoperative complications and to lower mortality that early diagnosis was made precisely, operative time and approach were selected properly and perioperative treatment was strengthened.
