家庭养育环境与早产儿及足月儿早期智力发展

目的:了解家庭养育环境与早产儿、足月儿早期智力发展之间的关系。方法:在建档、3个月、12个月、24个月时分别对系统管理的94例早产儿和足月儿进行家庭背景、养育方式和智力发育水平的调查和测评。结果:在家庭背景和家庭养育方式的各个因素中,喂养方式、母亲文化程度、母亲职业、父亲职业、对孩子限制的多少、环境的多样性、提供音乐时间和玩具数量的多少、孩子的主要带养者、提供儿歌与故事多少以及与其他儿童交往机会的多少等和早产儿和足月儿1岁时和/或2岁时的发育商相关。结论:家庭养育环境影响儿童的早期智力发展。

Relationship between family environment and early intelligence development of premature/mature infants

Objective:To probe into the relationship between family nurture environment and early intelligence development of premature/mature infants.Methods:The home background,nurture mode and developmental quotients(DQ) were evaluated by the engaged day,3 months,1 year and 2 years respectively in 94 premature and mature infants surveyed systematically.Results:There were an obvious correlation between the baby's DQ and lactation,parent education,parent occupation,activity restriction,diversity of environment,the amounts of music,toys,songs and tales and variety of main nurturer at the end of age l and/or age 2 years,respectively.Conclusion:Premature and mature infant's DQ at early ages are affected by the home nurture environment.
