阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症80例

目的观察阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床效果。方法对80例高血脂患者予晚上临睡前服阿托伐他汀，剂量20mg，共8周，观察用药前后血浆总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）水平变化。结果治疗8周后，TC，TG，LDL—C较入组前分别下降了30％，28％，34％（P〈0．01），HDL—C升高了12％（P〈0．05），其中降低TC，TG，LDL—C及升高HDL—C的总有效率分别为92．50％，62．50％，95．00％，58．75％。治疗过程中除有6例丙氨酸氨基转移酶轻微升高、2例胃肠道不适外无其他不良反应发生。结论阿托伐他汀是一种安全、高效的高脂血症治疗药物。

Clinical Observation on Atorvastatin in treatment of 80 cases with hyperlipidemia

Objective To observe the efficacy of atorvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods 80 cases with hyperlipidemia were given atorvastatin 20 mg/d before sleeping in the evening for 8 weeks. Before and after the treatment, the change of serum levels of TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C was examined and compared The difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, serum TC, TG, LDL - C decreased by 30%, 28% and 34% respectively（ P 〈 0. 01 ）, serum HDL - C increased by 12% （ P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rates of decreasing TC, TG, LDL - C and increasing HDL - C were 92. 50%, 62.50%, 95.00% and 58. 75%. in the treating course. No other adverse reactions occurred except 6 cases of slight GPT rise and 2 cases of gastrointestinal tract discomfort. Conclusion Atorvastatin is a safe and highly effective drug in treating hyperlipidemia.
