| 摘 要： | 目的探讨TVT治疗女性压力性尿失禁的效果.方法回顾性分析2000年1月～2003年3月37例经阴道无张力尿道中段悬吊术(TVT)治疗女性压力性尿失禁的效果.结果37例患者中有35例术后症状完全消失,1例术后症状明显改善,1例术后6个月发现吊带部分嵌入膀胱颈,经尿道电切镜切除嵌入部分后再次出现尿失禁.结论 TVT是一种有效、简单、微创、安全的治疗女性压力性尿失禁的新技术.

| Abstract: | Object: To evaluate the effectiveness of the tension-free vaginal tape (TVT) operation in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. Method: 37 cases female stress urinary incontinence treated by tension-free vaginal tape (TVT) operation from January 2000 to March 2003 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 35 cases were completely cured, 1 case was improved and there was 1 cases of a part of mesh perforation into urethra 6 months after operation which was solved by endoscopic mesh section (TUR). Conclusion: TVT is an effective, simple and save technique in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. |
