血清甲状腺素水平与心力衰竭关系分析

目的：观察血清甲状腺素（TH）水平和冠心病（CHD）合并心力衰竭严重程度的关系。方法：CHD非心力衰竭组38例、CHD心力衰竭组40例、对照组37例，采用放射免疫分析测定血清TH水平。结果：CHD心力衰竭组血清游离T3（FT3）显著低于CHD非心衰组及对照组（P〈0．001），而三组问血清游离T4（FT4）、促甲状腺素（TSH）水平无显著性差异，CHD心力衰竭组FT，水平与射血分数（EF）值呈显著正相关（P〈0．01）。结论：CHD合并心力衰竭患者血清FT3，水平显著下降，并与心力衰竭严重程度呈正相关。

Relationship Between Serum Thyroid Hormones Levels and Heart Failure in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease (CHD)

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum thyroid hormones levels and severity of heart failure in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Serum thyroid hormones(FT_3,FT_4,TSH) levels were measured with RIA in 38 patients with CHD but no cardiac failure,40 CHD patients with heart failure and 37 controls.Results The serum FT_3 levels in patients with heart failure were significantly lower than those in the other two groups(P<0.001),while there were no significant differences among the serum levels of FT_4 and TSH in all these three groups of subjects.Moreover,the serum FT_3 levels in the patients with heart failure were significantly positively correlated with the ejection fractions(EF) in these patients.Conclusion Serum FT_3 levels dropped markedly in CHD patients with heart failure and the magnitude of decrease was positively correlated with the severity of the disease.
