| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Sturge-Weber综合征的病理变化和CT表现，提高其CT诊断和鉴别诊断能力。方法收集9例有完整资料的Sturge-Weber综合征，对其临床及CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果9例Sturge-Weber综合征在CT上均表现为一侧或两倾4脑叶表浅部位的脑回状或弯曲条带状钙化，其中7例伴有脑萎缩，5例合并同侧颅骨增厚。结论脑叶皮层“脑回状”钙化是Sturge-Weber综合征的特征性表现，CT是确诊该病的重要检查手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the pathologic changes and CT findings of Sturge-Weber syndrome in order to improve the diagnostic ability.Methods The clinical and CT manifestations of 9 cases with Sturge-Weber syndrome were studied retrospectively.
