| 摘 要： | 该文综述了近年来载药纳米粒在肝癌靶向治疗中的应用现状及最新进展,重点介绍了载药纳米粒的主要类型、制备方法、靶向性的影响因素及靶向治疗肝细胞癌的机制和方法,并指出载药纳米粒在肿瘤治疗中广阔的应用前景与存在的若干问题.

| Abstract: | Application status and latest advance in nanoparticle targeted therapy of hepatoma in recent years were summarized in this article. Simultaneously, Main varieties and preparation techniques of nanoparticles, targetinfluencing factors, mechanism and methods of targeted therapy of hepatoma are emphasized. It is also pointed out that wide application prospect and several problems of loaded-drug nanoparticles exist in targeted therapy of heparoma. |
