| 摘 要： | 为进一步评价责任制护理病区危重病人计划护理情况，对１９９３年～１９９５年内、外科７８份死亡病历进行了检查。从中发现７８份死亡病历中仅２９份制订了护理计划（占３７．２％），且护理问题与护理诊断概念不清，护理措施及实施效果缺少评价，２０％的病历缺死亡小结。针对以上问题提出了提高护士素质、增加护士编制、强化管理等措施。

| Abstract: | Seventy-eight medical histories of dead patients in Medical and Surgical Departments from 1993 to 1995 were studied.The results showed that nursing plans were made in only 29 cases (37.2%),and the concepts of nursing diagnosis and nursing problem were confused,there were no evaluation on nursing measurements and results,and no summaries in 20% of cases.The author thinks that raising nurse's quality,increasing nursing staff and improving administration must be emphasized. |
