| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术后冰冻肩的康复护理方法。方法对2007年10月-2009年10月2例乳腺癌改良根治术后冰冻肩患者加强心理护理,进行局部按摩及关节松动训练,协助肩关节功能锻炼,加强患者及家属的健康教育,鼓励家属一起参与锻炼,确保患者坚持运动康复训练,开展出院后的延续护理。结果 2例患者的肩关节功能恢复良好、上肢功能恢复满意。结论局部按摩、关节松动训练、肩关节功能锻炼、健康教育、家庭支持、坚持运动康复训练、出院后的延续护理等有利于乳腺癌改良根治术后冰冻肩患者肩关节功能的恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the rehabilitation care of frozen shoulder following modified radical mastectomy.Methods Several forms of intervention,including psychological nursing,partial massage,joint mobilization training,shoulder exercise,exercise rehabilitation training,healthy education,family support,maintenance of rehabilitation training,and extended care after hospital discharge,were provided for two patients of frozen shoulder following modified radical mastectomy from Oct.2007 to Oct.2009.Results The shoulder and upper limb function of the two patients recovered.Conclusion These interventions are beneficial to the shoulder function recovery in patients with frozen shoulder after modified radical mastectomy. |
