| 摘 要： | 目的通过对郑州人民医院两套不同的生化分析仪组成的检测系统进行方法学比对和偏差评估,探讨同种生化项目在不同检测系统的测定结果是否具有可比性。方法以CLIA’88规定的允许误差,对两台生化分析仪进行精密度评价;参考NCCLS的EP9-A文件,以日立7600-010全自动生化分析仪组成的检测系统作为比较方法(X),以西门子X-PANDPLUS检测系统作为试验方法(Y),检测共有的三个生化项目(AST,BUN,GLU),分析试验方法(Y)和比较方法(X)检测结果的相对偏差和医学决定水平的系统误差,以CLIA’88规定的室间质量评价的1/2作为标准,判断不同检测系统的临床可接受性。结果我科室两套生化分析系统共有的三个生化检测项目测定结果的偏差临床均可接受。结论当同一实验室的相同检验项目在不同的仪器或系统上进行检测时,应进行方法学比对和偏差分析,判断其临床可接受性,以保证实验室检测结果的连续性和准确性。
