| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖化血红蛋白在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)筛查中应用价值。方法健康对照组98例、正常妊娠组116例及妊娠糖尿病组82进行了空腹血糖、口服75g葡萄糖筛查试验、糖化血红蛋白测定。结果健康对照组与正常妊娠组比较,FPG及HbAlc无差异(P>0.05),GDM组妊娠中期HbAlc水平高于正常妊娠组及健康对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论 HbAlc筛查在妊娠糖尿病诊断和监测中具有一定价值。
