| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期糖尿病肾病患者血清中同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和胱抑素C(CysC)水平的变化及其意义。方法分别应用酶法和免疫比浊法检测100例早期糖尿病肾病患者和100例健康对照者血清中Hcy和CysC水平的变化。结果早期糖尿病肾病组血清中同型半胱氨酸和胱抑素C水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清中Hcy和Cys-C水平变化可作为早期糖尿病肾病患者早期肾损伤一个理想的指标,两者联合检测对早期糖尿病肾病诊断具有重要意义。
