| 摘 要： | 目的分析常州市中医医院麻醉药品和精神药品的品种结构和一些重要品种的应用情况,从而为安全、有效、经济、合理地选择用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对2008-2010年常州市中医医院病区药房麻醉药品和精神药品用药频度进行统计分析。结果三年来,芬太尼注射液用药频度在麻醉药品中居于第一位,盐酸吗啡控释片和枸橼酸瑞芬太尼居第二和第三,且用量逐年增加;艾司唑仑片和苯巴比妥注射液用药频度在精神药品中一直居于第一和第二位。结论常州市中医医院住院部麻醉药品和精神药品使用基本合理。
