| 摘 要： | 目的了解开封市顺河回族区全民健康生活方式行动"示范社区"创建活动开展效果,为开封市"示范社区"创建工作提供经验。方法采用整群抽样的方法,抽取普通社区居民148人和"示范社区"居民197人进行问卷调查分析,采用Excel、SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果普通社区和"示范社区"居民对健康生活方式认知程度、不健康生活方式与疾病关系的认知程度、平衡膳食与活动认知程度、不健康生活方式行为的改变和生活指导工具的使用效果均有差异(P<0.01)。超重、肥胖人群体重状况改变不明显(P>0.05)。结论全民健康生活方式行动"示范社区"创建活动效果明显,但需要普及和落实长效机制。
