鼻中隔重建治疗假性驼峰鼻畸形28例

目的通过对鼻中隔重建的探讨而找到各种原因所致鼻中隔缺损继发假性驼峰畸形合理的手术方法。方法应用自体肋软骨将鼻中隔缺损修整并达到纠正假性驼峰的目的。结果鼻背曲线流畅,鼻中隔形态恢复良好,结构稳固,呼吸通畅,术后无不良反应及并发症。结论外伤、鼻中隔脓肿或鼻中隔手术继发假性驼峰畸形单纯假体整形修复效果均不佳,自体肋软骨鼻中隔重建对此畸形修复到目前为止是最合理的方法。

Treatment of pseudo-hump nose deformity by nasal septum reengineering surgery
