食品中铝的国标检测方法改进

摘    要:目的对GB/T5009.182-2003面制食品中铝的测定方法进行改进,以适应不同食品检测,提高检测准确度。方法用改进方法测定各类食品样品以验证该方法灵敏可靠。结果新方法简化了样品处理,改善了显色条件,适应不同样品检测,易于掌握应用,极具推广价值。结论新方法可以作为国标法的完善和替代。
