| 摘 要： | 目的探讨收缩-放松技术在神经根型颈椎病中的临床应用价值。方法 60例神经根型颈椎病随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规理疗,治疗组给予收缩-放松技术,采用颈椎病临床评价量表进行疗效评定。结果两组患者的CASCS评分均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01),但治疗组治疗前后的CASCS评分差值明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论合理利用收缩-放松技术,有利于神经根型颈椎病的治疗。
