| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Semont方法对良性位置性眩晕(BPPV)的治疗效果。方法对38例(BPPV)患者按Semont方法进行治疗。结果经一次Semont方法治疗后31例症状消失首次治疗成功率81.58%;3例经2次、2例经3次治疗后症状消失,总治疗成功率94.74%,2例无效。随访1年,4例复发,复发率11.11%,复发者再用同法治疗仍有效。结论手法复位的Semont方法治疗BPPV安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Semont maneuver for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).Methods Totally 38 patients with BPPV were treated with Semont maneuver.Results After a single treatment session of Semont maneuver,the symptoms disappeared completely in 31 patients,the first success rate was 81.58%.The symptoms disappeared in 3 patients after twice,2 patients after 3 times of Semont maneuver sessions,the total success rate was 94.47%.No effectiveness was found 2 patients;A year later,... |
