经鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的临床观察

目的探讨经鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的临床疗效和相关影响因素。方法对207例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者实施鼻内镜手术治疗,术后随访1年。结果所有病例术后均经换药处理并经鼻内镜随访1年后,对治疗效果进行统计,治愈173例(83.6%),好转24例(11.6%),无效10例(4.8%),总有效率为95.2%。术后出现并发症:眼睑肿胀淤血3例,术后给予冷敷,24h后热敷,几天后消失;鼻窦出血2例,可能是由于血管收缩不良而导致;中鼻甲和鼻中隔粘连2例,经换药处理后得以解除。无严重并发症发生。讨论经鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉,效果好、创伤小,熟悉鼻窦解剖、熟练手术操作、严格控制术中出血、加强术后随访对提高手术的治愈率起到关键性的作用。

Clinical observation of endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps
