急性阑尾炎超声声像图与病理分型比较

目的探讨超声诊断急性阑尾炎与病理分型的符合率。方法对2009年7月—2010年6月间经手术和病理证实的急性阑尾炎患者106例超声声像图特征的临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨超声检查对急性阑尾炎的价值。结果本组106例中,通过声像图改变而确诊为急性阑尾炎者93例(87.7%),无声像图改变13例(12.3%)。急性单纯性阑尾炎7例假阴性;急性化脓性阑尾炎手术发现5例假阴性;坏疽性阑尾炎1例漏诊;阑尾周围脓肿12例,超声诊断全部符合,说明超声对阑尾周围脓肿诊断特异性高。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断急性阑尾炎方法有效,熟悉各型阑尾炎影像特点,可为临床诊断和鉴别诊断提供重要依据。

Comparision of acute appendicitis ultrasonography and pathological types
