| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿顽固性过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法将我院2009年1月—2010年9月收治的56例过敏性紫癜复发患儿随机分为两组,其中治疗组30例,对照组26例。对照组采用单纯西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药治疗,14d后观察疗效。结果治疗组临床治愈率为86.67%,总有效率96.70%。对照组临床治愈率42.30%,总有效率73.08%。结论中西医结合治疗小儿过敏性紫癜可提高疗效,减少复发,值得临床推广。
