| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物用药现状及合理性.方法 采用回顾性调查方法,随机抽取郑州市第一人民医院2010年6～12月剖宫产手术病历300份,填写患者基本情况和用药情况调查表,进行调查分析.结果 调查显示,所选病历100%预防性使用了抗菌药物,没有因使用抗菌药物而出现严重不良反应,所有病例切口全部甲级愈合,临床效果...

| Abstract: | Objective To explore practical situation and rationality of antibiotics application in perioperative cesarean section.Methods Being used retrospective review methods,medical history of 300 cesarean section were choosed randomly to fill in the questionnaire.Results Application of antimicrobial agents selected records 100% and the effect of preventing infection is well.Conclusions Rational use of perioperative antibiotics can significantly decrease the incidence of surgical site infection. |
