| 摘 要： | 目的研究复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌的临床疗效。方法将2006年6月-2009年1月商丘市第一人民医院104例均经细胞学或组织学证实为晚期大肠癌患者随机分为治疗组(复方苦参注射液联合化疗组)和对照组(单纯化疗组),其中治疗组56例,对照组48例,比较两组在疗效、生活质量、不良反应等方面的差异。结果治疗组有效率(CR+PR)为72%,对照组有效率(CR+PR)为65%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后生活质量改善比较,治疗组有效率为75%(42/56),对照组有效率45.8%(22/48),治疗组患者生活质量改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组与对照组主要不良反应比较,白细胞的减少、腹泻、周围神经毒性、恶心、呕吐、贫血、血小板减少发生率比较对治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液可以有效地提高生活质量,减轻化疗不良反应。
