| 摘 要： | 目的评价经后腹腔镜肾癌根治术的手术方法及治疗效果。方法回顾性分析50例后腹腔镜肾癌根治术患者临床资料。结果 50例手术均获成功,无中转开放手术者。手术时间80～260min,出血量40～800ml;术后住院时间4～12d;术中及术后无明显并发症。术后病检报告:肾透明细胞癌35例,乳头状细胞癌5例,嫌色细胞癌4例,集合管癌3例,未分化癌3例。随访6～30个月,未见肿瘤复发及穿刺通道的种植转移。结论后腹腔镜肾癌根治术具有疗效确切、创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快等优点。
