| 摘 要： | 目的探讨单鼻孔直接经蝶手术治疗垂体瘤卒中的临床疗效。方法对21例单鼻孔直接经蝶手术治疗的垂体瘤卒中患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全部急诊经鼻蝶入路手术患者无1例死亡,21例突发头痛患者头痛症状全部消失;20例视力下降及视野缺损患者情况有明显好转或好转,1例患者单眼失明。10例动眼神经麻痹者8例恢复,2例好转。6例意识障碍者恢复正常。结论单鼻孔直接经蝶手术,手术时间短,对周围组织损伤小,并能保留正常垂体,术后恢复快,无严重并发症,是治疗垂体瘤卒中的理想术式。
