| 摘 要： | 目的探讨郝赛汀治疗HER-2阳性转移性乳腺癌临床疗效。方法将驻马店市中心医院2008年2月至2010年2月收治的172例转移性乳腺癌患者随机分为常规组58例、单药组50例、联合组64例,观察3组临床疗效。结果常规组有效率(RR)27.6%,单药组有效率44.0%,联合组有效率59.4%。结论单用还是联合化疗,赫赛汀都是一个治疗乳腺癌转移的重要药物;联合化疗能显著提高患者的缓解率,延长疾病进展时间,延长存活率,较单用疗效更良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Herceptin in treatment of HER-2 positive metastatic breast cancer.Methods Randomly divided into three groups,single-agent group,the joint team observed clinical efficacy of three groups.Results The conventional group was(RR) 27.6%,monotherapy group was 44.0%,combined group was 59.4%.Conclusions Alone or in combination with chemotherapy,Herceptin is an important drug to treat breast cancer metastasis;Chemotherapy can significantly improve the patient's response ... |
