| Abstract: | Objective To observe the risk factors for deep vein thrombosis(DVT) in elderly patients undergoing total hip replacement(THR).Methods DVT was examined with color Doppler flower imagine before operation and on the 7th postoperative day in 120 elderly patients under going THR.were analyzed with logistic regression analysis to determine the risk factors for DVT.Results The total incidence of DVT was 42.5%(45/145).The development of DVT was significantly associated with female,bilateral THR,general anesthesia,a... |
