| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨儿童传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)淋巴细胞亚群的变化特点.方法 采用流式细胞仪分别检测46例IM患儿在急性期、42例恢复期、26例随访期和30例正常对照组的外周血淋巴细胞亚群,并与对照组比较.结果 急性期检测CD3+和CD8+细胞明显升高,CD4+细胞明显降低,CD4+/CD8+细胞比值明显降低(P＜0.01)...
