| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管癌伴单侧锁骨上淋巴结转移的手术联合放射治疗的价值及临床意义。方法回顾分析2000年9月至2009年9月所收治食管癌伴单侧锁骨上淋巴结转移患者42例的临床资料。结果手术切除率95.2%(40/42),无围手术期死亡,并发症发生率14.3%。随访8~118个月,3年生存率,5年生存率分别为41.9%,14.1%。结论食管癌伴单侧锁骨上区淋巴结转移患者只要一般情况好,无其他重要器官转移,均可采用手术切除原发灶及转移灶,术后追加放射治疗的综合治疗,可以改善生活质量,延长生存时间。
