| 摘 要： | 目的探讨参麦注射液联合硝酸甘油治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择西安惠安医院2009年2月—2011年3月收治的心力衰竭患者90例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组45例,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予硝酸甘油治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予参麦注射液和硝酸甘油治疗。7d为1个疗程,2组均连续治疗2个疗效。治疗前后测定左室摄血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短分数(LVFS)、每搏输出量(SV)和每分钟心排出量(CO)等心功能指标;测定两组治疗前后的血液流变学指标;评定临床疗效;统计不良反应发生率。结果治疗组治疗后的LVEF、LVFS、SV以及CO均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗后的各血液流变学指标也明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组临床显效率和总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参麦注射液联合硝酸甘油治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效确切,不良反应小,值得推广应用。
