卵巢巧克力囊肿腹腔镜手术治疗的临床分析

目的探讨通过腹腔镜治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床疗效。方法对80例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组采用腹腔镜下囊肿剥离术,对照组行传统剖腹手术治疗,并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较术中、术后及随访情况。结果治疗组出血量、术后体温恢复正常时间、排气时间、术后住院时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);术后复发率和症状缓解率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿具有侵袭性小、创伤小、术中出血少、术后恢复快、复发率低、症状缓解率高等优点,是治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的首选治疗方法。
