肺功能检测在儿童支原体肺炎诊治中的作用

目的观察肺炎支原体(MP)肺炎的肺功能改变。方法选择2008年1月—2010年12月住院治疗的30例MP肺炎患儿作为观察组,同时选择年龄、性别与观察组相匹配的30例健康儿童为健康对照组。分别采用儿童肺功能仪测定2组儿童肺功能指标。结果观察组患儿肺功能通气指标V-T/kg(ml/kg)、t-PTEF/t-E%、TEF25/PTEF%、MTIF/MTEF治疗后都有明显升高,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。t-PTEF/t-E%与健康对照组比较没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 MP肺炎患儿通气功能障碍,气道黏膜受到损害。肺功能检测对小儿MP肺炎治疗效果的评价有着重要的作用。

Pulmonary function testing in diagnosis and treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia
