阿魏酸钠治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床疗效分析

目的探讨阿魏酸钠治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效。方法 2009年至2011年共收治150例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,按照随机分组原则分为两组,治疗组和对照组,每组患者75例,对照组患者采用常规治疗,治疗组患者采用阿魏酸钠进行治疗,治疗一个疗程后对两组患者的疗效进行分析。结果治疗组和对照组的治疗有效率分别为90.7%、64.0%,与对照组相比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿魏酸钠治疗慢性肾小球肾炎具有显著疗效,值得临床推广使用。
