| 摘 要： | 目的提高对耳源性脑脓肿CT表现的认识和诊断水平。方法对21例脑脓肿患者行多层螺旋CT平扫与增强扫描后对其CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果病灶位于颞叶16例,小脑半球4例,顶叶1例;CT平扫表现为不规则片状低密度影,边界模糊,占位效应不明显16例;平扫表现为类圆形囊状低密度影5例,其中2例内有液气平面,注射造影剂后,斑片状、脑回样强化、环状强化17例;无明显强化4例。结论多层螺旋CT在耳源性脑脓肿的诊断中具有重要诊断价值。
