| 摘 要： | 目的探讨儿童侧脑室周围白质软化症(PVL)的病因、临床表现及CT/MR诊断价值。方法搜集禹州市人民医院经MR I及临床证实为PVL的患者46例进行回顾性分析。结果早产儿28例(61%),患有缺血缺氧性脑病的足月儿18例(39%)。46例中轻度19例,中度15例,重度12例(其中胼胝体发育不良4例)。CT/MR表现侧脑室不同程度扩大及侧脑室旁白质减少,侧脑室旁范围不等的斑片状长T1长T2软化灶。结论 PVL是脑性瘫痪的一个主要原因,CT和MR在PVL的诊断方面有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the etiology and clinics as well as CT/MR diagnostic value of periventricular leukomalacia(PVL)in children.Methods Totally 46 cases of periventricular leukomalacia proved by CT,MR and clinic were retrospectively analyzed.Results Totally 28 cases were premature newborn babies(61%)and 18 cases were fullmature newborn(39%)with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.In 46 cases with PVL,the mild,moderate,and severe cases was 19,15 and 12respectively(included 4 cases with hypoplasia of corpus callosu... |
